30 Day Internet Marketing Internship

Let me start by saying there’s a good chance that the invite I’m about to extend to you probably isn’t for you.
In fact, I’d probably speculate that 99.9% of those reading this blog right now will either be unsuitable, or unable to accept this offer.
So what’s the invite? What’s the offer?
Well put simply I’m looking for one, or more, talented marketers to come and work alongside me in my UK office as part of a 30 day Internship.
Those who’ve been following my progress will know that I’ve recently moved into an office in the centre of Manchester UK, and that my business is currently expanding fast.
As part of this expansion I’m constantly on the lookout for talented marketers to work alongside me and to contribute towards our continued success.
Now before I tell you exactly what this Internship is, let me first tell you what it is NOT.
This isn’t the kind of opportunity where you’ll be reading from a marketing textbook for 8 hours a day. This is real hands on marketing in a very busy office.
And this certainly isn’t the kind of opportunity where you’ll be able to ask 400 questions per day and get 8 hours of daily mentoring. As an Intern you’ll be a fully functioning member of our team and that means you’ll be expected to contribute and you’ll be measured on results.
So now we’ve said what the Internship is NOT let’s focus on what it IS…
Well, in my view, if you’re an aspiring marketer then this is the most tremendous opportunity you’ll ever find.
Instead of having to spend thousands on ebooks and coaching you’re going to see with your own eyes what goes on behind the scenes in an IM business producing $20,000+ monthly PROFITS.
In 4 weeks working inside my office you’ll probably learn more than you would in 4 years reading ebooks. And it won’t cost you thousands of dollars buying ‘the next big thing’ either.
Did you notice how I said work?
Well with good reason. You see, this is NOT like going to college for a month. It’s going to be like going to WORK.
As an Intern you’ll be expected to contribute and your performance will be measured on one thing only. RESULTS!
Let me explain…
Our Interns will be doing very specific marketing activities based on detailed training we provide. So let’s say your task is selling ebooks on eBay.
You’ll be expected to work hard, use your initiative and to apply your common sense, to sell products on eBay. And at the end of every day you will be reporting back and explaining how many products you’ve sold and how much income you’ve generated.
This is just an example, and you might be doing something else, but you’ll certainly be in charge of a marketing project and you will be expected to deliver results.
Sounds scary? Well then this is not for you.
I’m sorry to be blunt about this but if the thought of working harder than you’ve ever done before while seeing the inner working of a succesful Internet Marketing business scares you to death then I’m 100% certain that this isn’t something you should apply for.
I apologise for being blunt but it’s important I’m clear about the opportunity as I don’t want to waste your time. And I don’t want you to waste mine either.
Now let’s talk about something a bit brighter…
This is a PAID Internship and you’ll earn $2,000 for 4 weeks work. You’re expected to work in our Manchester office 8am-6pm and you might also be required to work Saturdays (most probably).
Please only apply if you know you can work in our office during the hours above.
Now remember how I talked about RESULTS?
Well the expectation is that you’ll generate more than $2,000 worth of business for our company….and we’ll train you exactly how to do this.
At the end of the month you can take the skills and experience you gain and go and apply them to your own online business. If you’re good then the expectation is that we’ll offer you a full time position in the company, though this is certainly not guaranteed, and you obviously don’t have to accept.
So that we’re really clear this is an incredible opportunity for anyone looking to get a leg up in this lucrative industry.
But while I’ve focussed on the opportunity for you, I’m only interested in working with people who are committed to adding value to my business, and helping serve our customers better, while increasing our profits.
If you just want to learn from the experience, rather than contribute to our business success, then in all probabilty you won’t last beyond Tuesday morning (I have to be honest).

Cheers for the DVD’s you sent, I have reviewed them and sent you a message to your helpdesk.
OK, as for this post - have you tried advertsing in the Jobcentre, Agencies etc etc? This is one of the easiest ways to find qualified people who are LOCAL.
Also, I totally understand your reasons for hiring office space, but isn’t it entirely possible to build a remote team alongside it?
You can still measure output and results whilst having video contact from Skype etc…
This may help you move forward faster?
As for internship I PERSONALLY always pay everyone (Even on trial periods) it incentivises people more, rather than the “feeling of working for nothing” - and I certainly do not make $20,000 PER MONTH EVERY MONTH in PROFITS as yet, although I have came close.
Just my 2 cents though… I’d love to hear your opinion on this mate.

Great idea to gain some new workers, it is nice to see your business growing. I think this could be the perfect oppourtunity for the right person and I hope it does well for you and your business!

If I was near Manchester (i’m near Heathrow) I would have popped in…perhaps even worked with you on something to make even more money! I feed off the positive energies of others…and usually end up being more productive and getting more results. Shame you’re pretty far away.
