I would love to be in a position to outsource…my kids that is i get very little done when they are around, and i have so much to do.

You dont need luck with the launch i suspect it is already a success before you have even released it

But i bet it will be very good;-)

I am not outsourcing anything but I plan to in the future. Meanwhile I have been coaching my sister on some basic Internet concepts as she wants to sell her skills and expertise in the Internet realm. I have set her a few projects and she is already outsourcing some of the work. She learns fast!

I thought I had it hard this week! But there’s always someone worse off than yourself!

I experienced a small taste of this “franticness” for the first time on a much much smaller scale earlier this week & I was tearing my hair out! I think I need to outsource too!
