Lee-
What’s the sweet spot for this product? Do I need a product or will affiliate products fit? What kind of list should I have at this point? Do I need to be operating my business at a certain level to properly follow your automation system?
thx
Lee- awesome leson for those entrepreneurs (online and off) that really are struggling with the idea of processes and systems. Most look at outsourcing without realizing that they are actually wasting money having their virtual team “learn as they go”…what a waste!
Great video

Hey Lee!
Really great video!
You shared some very valuable nuggets of information there and outlined very well exactly why some of your top affiliates like myself continue to send as much traffic as we can to your squeeze pages.
Keep up the great work!

Hi Lee.
Another fantastic video. I really missed getting your emails while you were away for a while. It’s good to have you back.
Very excited to see what you have up your sleeve for tomorrow. I’ll be watching, learning and analysing very careful – even though I should be spending my time revising for my end of year exams.
Good luck tomorrow.
James
Hi,Lee,
it became very popular to sell everything online on autopilot. The sad thing is when people are selling different courses and membership site and operate them on autopilot. They charge you every month and never respond your messages.
That’s why I guess more and more people do not trust all these courses and memberships because the sellers suppose to lay on the beach and look how money are flowing into their bank account. The customers have one choice only: to pay monthly fee and fight with their problems alone.
Ok Lee, I’m thinking I’m not quite ready to become a team member or affiliate just yet. As I am involved in too many other things. It is just my blue personality, you know too many pans in the fire and the stuff on the fringe doesn’t get cooked well enough! Right now I’m working on my mindset for this marketing stuff as I only got involved in this to fund my welding business. I,m still not quite sure what your actual product is yet,a system of somekind? but I am sure I haven’t got the ambition to start something I might not finish and that is my priority at this time, finishing a few other projects. Success to you though, thanks any ways, Len
That was helpful thank you. I do have a quick question though. Do you use Google Docs for your manuals? I’ve heard some people say that it can be used for this purpose but I’m not really familiar with it. I want to start making my own processes so I just want to find the best application to use.
Thanks
Angel
Hi Lee,
Stop teasing, how do I get a blueprint of your engine so I can build one to.
Hi Lee,
Thanks for another cool video.
I have a question. When you create manuals, do you use videos or written text?
Thanks,
Welly
Why does the video jerk and jump. It is so uncomfortable to watch that I never last all the way through. Can I improve its quality??? Liz
Dear Lee,
I have to say …. I’m a subscriber to at least 12 online marketers and entrepreneurs and I have to admit that you blow every single one of them out of the water as regards content and also keeping me captivated with your videos. They are quality videos, exciting, great content.
Thanks a million for all the advice and keep up the good work.
Breege.
Hello Lee
I would also be interested in the answers to Mikes question
Do I need a product or will affiliate products fit? What kind of list should I have at this point?
Thanks
Gary
Great video.
You provided some useful insights into how you successfully run your business.
I like the way you expressed the importance of creating systems and checklists.
And also the idea of consolidating your sales process, allowing you to focus on refining that one system and increasing visitor value.
Thanks for the comments everyone!
Mike – you CAN build an automatic engine as an affiliate but it’s not the path I recommend so I won’t focus on this.
With your own products you can create SO much more leverage and scale.
The good news is that I’ll be teaching how to create your own “product funnel” in less than 72 hours. It really can be done that quick (I’ve done it faster).
You don’t need an existing product portfolio but it helps if you’re committed to letting me teach you how to build one fast.
You DON’T need a list to make this work though. Actually, the benefit of this system is that it will help you build your list fast (even from scratch).
This is how I went from 6,000 to 24,000 subscribers in just two months.
A list is totally not needed to make this work, though you do need to have an ACTION TAKING mindset (this is critical).
I’m using my “Internet Automation Plan” right now to build a new business in a new market. This is totally from scratch and without a list.
That’s possible because it’s the SYSTEM that helps you create the list (affiltes WANT to give you their subscribers because of the value you give them back).
This is the beauty of the system!
The Lance interview from a few days ago proves this point.
Does this help?
Cheers!
Lee McIntyre
Angel – yes we use Google Docs for our manuals together with a system called the “worker depot” that we developed.
We’ll be explaining both systems in the course.
Cheers!

Great info in this video. I can see a bigger picture now. I want to know if you have or will create a system which will teach us how to determine what tasks need to be performed (using your business as a model) and maybe a step by step guide to seeing them thru. Pretty much what you say you’re doing for your team workers. I’m a brand new marketer and I want to do this right from the beginning, and you make the most sense to me so far. Please keep it coming. Thanx
Kenneth
EVERYTHING you need is covered in the Internet Automation Plan.

We still have some seats left though they are selling fast.

Was just listening to your audio “The Great List Building Lie” and realized it’s been two years since you started in online marketing.
Happy two-year anniversary Lee. Thanks for your continuing to be a role-model in the internet marketing world. You’re greatly appreciated.
Hi Lee,
Great post. you’ve delivered on this one again Lee. it’s amazing to quadruple our sales with less than one day a week of work! thanks for this one Lee, hope to see more quality stuff from you!
Great info Lee…
Karl
Lee,
30 days of time spent in your systems were the most value (or at least top 3 value) I’ve ever received in 5 years of marketing and internet marketing.
Your system seems like it’s built very much on the Theory of Constraints model. Did you ever study Theory of Constraints to develop your emphasis on focusing on “Just one machine” in your business?
Keep up the great work…
Hey Lee,
A great video and I’m using it every day to have less “work” to do and more free time to do what I want.
Checklists save me so much time. My very first checklist I started was “editing” and it has cut my time down tremendously.
I will have to go into more detail now that I’m outsourcing more stuff.
Cheers,
Brad Spencer
Hi Lee,
Solid information for starting up any form of business. Good sound advice. Thanks great to set up correctly from the outset. I think most set out wanting to make money and don’t focus on building the business to go into the future.
