Thanks for the comment Brian.

You're right that social proof is a powerful part of the sales process, and it's interesting that you mention blog comments.

I've been teaching people for a while that one of the fastest ways to be seen as an expert on an issue in a niche market is to write a blog and get encourage others to comment.

I know from first hand experience of the teaching niche just how powerful an authority blog full of comments can be.

Thanks for the great comment!

Lee,

Good post!

What I like to use in my niche marketing is something I learned from John Reese's BIG launch back in 2004 (Traffic Secrets).

The power of "social proof".

If you continually have people say how wonderful you are, and how dead-on your information is, then those who go to your websites or read your blog posts view you as an expert.

Testimonials, and blog comments do wonders to build your credibility and being viewed as an expert in your niche.

All the best,
Brian Jinks
