For the last week I’ve been deep in thought trying to think of how to make sure my company could provide the best support around.
Unlike some other online businesses out there we’re don’t want to hide behind a PC screen which is why we want to make it as easy as possible for our customers to contact us fast.
Providing high quality support, both before and after the sale, is super important to me which is why I’m pleased to announce a few changes to how we connect with our customers.

And because we want to be as easy to contact as possible you can also give us a call should the need ever arise.
Over the next few weeks I’ll be making some HUGE changes to my business but one thing that will NEVER change is the quality of the content I provide for free, and the support I provide to my customers.
Yes the new support systems is costing me money, and eats into our time, but if it makes our customers happier then it’s 100% worth it.

@Well - thanks for the comment. This is something I’ve been wanting to do for a long time and I’m delighted it’s now setup.
Today we’ve served lots of customers via chat and they were all VERY happy we could fix their problems so fast.
