Lee – It’s entirely down to you that I am now building Information product based businesses based on my own knowledge and skills.
I think this latest finessing of your planned approach to build the automated process is going to change the way we operate from the start.
I am laready thinking of ways to make our funnel do the work for us. I understood this to a degree but you have made it my mission.
We are working on those products now but won’t launch until we have the system in place.

This one was great as you hit on a lot of the things you covered in your Manchester workshop ,but I was unable to write down.
Lee as you know some of us from Alex Jeffreys coaching school attended the workshop .Having visited some of their blogs comments about the event ,people from north America are asking are you going back over to the states.
In fact a guy who is mentoring me at the moment also asked me ,does Lee intend visiting the US.
My answer is I don’t know ?

Thanks for the video–great stuff! It’s probably the most comprehensive overview of a business model I’ve seen to date. I’m just starting, but it’s great to get a view of what the finished product should be and how it should work.

This is an excellent video. All the secrets to successful strategic marketing are illustrated here:
1. Focus your Business model so that you have the ability to concentrate on improvements. Want to grow your business by 10%? Create an Interlocking system and then increase conversion element by 10%
2. Layer leverage upon leverage by combining 1 powerful message ($97 GIFT!!) and 1 powerful machine (high converting automated system) into an affiliate-attracting magnet.
3. Capture cold leads and implement “hands-free” conversion. Give them more to buy, more ways to buy, and more time to buy.
4. Give customers multiple ways to self-select as potential Hyper-responsive buyers. Reward them with “more equal than others” treatment when they prove to be “high-touch” buyers.
5. Overdeliver early. Overdeliver often.
6. Create a conversion sequence that acknowledges “buying triggers” such as increasing the perceived value of “FREE offers” with offramps from sales page.
