It could do the same for you too.

Hi James,
Thanks for pointing out the importance of this.
This certainly sounds like a major part of the cogs that run the wheel by the sound of it!
Do you have a preferred medium for the processes (written or video) and how detailed do you get? There must be a limit to how deep you can go in describing everything..
Many Thanks
Jerry
Hi James,
Great to meet you at the workshop.
One thing I’d be interested to hear more about in your audio would be the website services and software you use to automate the business. For example, do you use roboform to automatically log into accounts and, socialmarker to bookmark posts etc etc.
Cheers,
Seb
Thanks for the video James – here are a few questions…
What are the most repetitive tasks that take time to manage?
How do you make sure you don’t forget weekly or monthly tasks (do you use any specific online tools for time management) ?
Would you rather use Virtual Assistants in the UK or abroad?
How much management time / resource is required to run a $5k per month business?
How much time / resource is required to run a $20k per month business?
How much time is required to run a $100k per month business?
Lastly can I have a copy of your manual?!! (Only joking!)
Hopefully you can answer some of these questions in your audio recording – many thanks – Dave
Hi James
All great content as usual…what’s new.!!
My question – at what point (of profitability) do you decide to outsource the task.
i.e. do you come up with the new procedure, immediately outsource, then monitor the testing phase of that new procedure for conversion/profitability
OR
do the testing/conversion/profitability checking yourself first, then only outsource the profitable ones.
Also – do you have your outsourcers updating manuals, or just you/Lee.
And finally – how much autonomy do you give your outsourcers with daily tasks, i.e.how do you find a balance between having your outsourcers execute your procedures verbatim .v. the Tim Ferriss approach of ‘your customers are my customers – I trust you to deal with it however you please’
Thanks for the great vid and any light you can shed with the Qs.
– Stewart
Hey guys,
Thanks for the GREAT questions – really appreciate it!
I’ll be making an audio in the next few days with the answers to all your questions so in the meantime please keep them coming!
James
Hi!
Thank you very much for video!
How can I make an audio? At all does it worth it?
I have a wecam……
Thank you forward for your response.
Greetings!
Hi James,
Could we get a copy of one of the simple procedure that has been put together? (Including checklists, etc.) It would be a good template to do our own.
Do you put in time requirements in the procedure? (First time should take 1 hour, later this task should take no more than 30 minutes.)
Do you give your outsourcers all of the processes, or just the ones they are working on at the time?
Thank you,
Sam
Hey James great video,
I’m considering hiring some full time outsourcing soon, so I’m looking forward to your audio.
This might be a minor issue that depends on the person working for you, but how do you keep your team motivated? Do you give them several different task? Basically how strict is their schedule?
Great information, guys.
It would be very informative to have a generalized copy of your ‘manual’ to illustrate the concepts behind the typical operations of an internet marketing company. Would this be possible without disclosing any proprietary information? Keep up the great work.
Thanks!
Tim
