And I agree about the cupboard sound effects too. Our office doesn’t have the best acoustics it has to be said!
I really have an urge to make the next one in my local pub for an “authentic” experience but I’m slightly concerned about the strange looks I might get when talking loudly while wearing my giant oversized headphones!

I don’t really like listening to long audios, so thanks for providing a transcript. I printed out the transcript and read it while eating my lunch.
The part about where you send endorsed leads vs. cold leads is something I never heard before. There are a lot of really solid concepts here that anyone building a list should know about.
