Superb video. I have been working hard in my free time of trying to juggle my 1st office setup, my mentoring clients to do the very same thing!
I have a small problem that I have been trying to get in touch with you about – like all players your getting harder and harder to contact!
Which offer from the multiple products do you choose to focus on? For example if you have a listbuilding product and are trying to focus all traffic on a listbuilding DVD this would be a wise choice…
BUT would it be as effective to offer an Outsourcing product with the very same funnel to the Listbuilding DVD – as it is not exactly laser targeted is it?
What are your thoughts on this?

Fantastic video, it’s really cleared a few things up about your business. And I know exactly what you mean about affiliates being “overjoyed” with the results they get promoting your business.
I’ve dedicated more time to your affiliate programme than any other I’ve ever promoted because the rewards are simply sensational. In fact I was just going through the figures for my last 3 months promoting your Get More Momentum affiliate programme so that I can work out my visitor values and customer values so I can scale my advertising up more.
But first I have to egt these poxy exams out the way!

I think it’s a great thing that you came to the conclusion of the funnel and that it’s showing positive results in your business.
I had learned about the funnel and thought it a very important strategy before, but I had never looked at it in the light you put it here.
Although I knew about this approach, I had not thought about the consequence of having too many products.
I guess those that approach the several products, with several entries, model, are more thinking about a numbers game where low conversion is compensated by several smaller streams?
Of course, an even higher income would result from optimizing a single funnel and, once that’s running smooth and converting great, set up another funnel, &c.

Struggling to get your video to run smoothly but maybe it’s because you are sat bouncing on a bed?!! Don’t know really.:-)!
My question is I have got so far with the fundamentals but I can’t seem to go forward, therefore my question is can you sort out a 60 year old ADHD case? I just need something I can follow easily day by day I have the time but not the money and I want it badly, I’m fed up with failure. I know I can succeed, I have in the past in my off-line business but I seem to conspire against myself to win. Cr*p!

this was the best piece of free mentoring that I have received in 2 years of being online. I truly hope you go on to crack the $1mil per month because you deserve it (if Eben Pagan can do $2mil per month,..why can’t you do $1m?).
I will watch this video again even though I “got it” in one sitting. The sheer energy and excitement in your message is worth more than a single viewing.
All I can say is that this message and “mentoring” couldn’t have come at a more perfect time for me. While I was watching and listening it was like a kind of silent “pop” went off in my head and I had a rather wonderful “aah ha” moment.

Question. When you say people who took up the low cost initial offer were presented with one time offers, how many one time offers were they presented?
Is it the $97 upsell, then if they take it, you go to the $197 upsell, and if they don’t take either one it’s a downsell to $47.
How many one time offers are you presenting to them?

How can you drive multiple different traffic types to one sales page without conversions suffering since it is impossible to be all things to all people? Isn’t the idea of a landing page to be attractive to a specific market? Please explain how you go about doing this without smoke and mirrors! Thanks!

As a Lancashire lass living in Ireland it is refreshing to hear one of the video tutorials in ‘English’.
My questions are:
1. I know I can make money online but, at the moment, need money to make money. Is there a free way to build a list and to market a product?
2. Do you recommend a ‘full blown’ website to market an affiliate product? What is the minimum number of pages to get a good score on the search engines?
3. Are you off out for a burger tonight?

I would like to know how you got your foot on the ladder of success? I just feel like I am going around in circles at the moment, I have loads of information, I read and check loads of emails every day, I have a blog up and running, I even have a small list of people that is growing slowly, but I am not making any money!
What is it that a person in my situation needs to do in order to link it all together and start earning a living online?

So much sense – accumulate your forces and direct at the optimal point!
The take away is just do it. Take a deep breath and take the first step.
In your experience, in the traffic -> qualify -> squeeze -> opt-in -> offer -> convert -> accept -> upsell -> downsell -> deliver -> continuity -> rinse funnel which leg of the trip has/can/should bear the most fruit from improvement/attention/tlc?
I realise the answer is actually test it and see but interested all the same!

Wow, this can be the solution for my problem. I have more products, and I always wanted to figure out, how to make my website suitable for all of my products, and for all of my customers.
Now I can see, that I must have only 1 core product on the front, and at the back end my customers can be directed in to various directions, as they are already convinced in my methods, my delivery.

That is a wonderful concept doing the funnel… The question I have is how do you get that prefect squeeze page. Can you show us a sample or direct us to see yours that is driving all this trafic to your website… Or maybe you know of a website that would write that awesome copy…

Excellent and insightful video Lee!
Routing all your products into one expansive sales funnel with a single SP sounds like a really interesting concept.
I’m just a little confused about the single squeeze page concept. Wouldn’t you drive more traffic with multiple squeeze pages for your various low end products pointing to the same sales funnel as opposed to the one squeeze page strategy?
It seems like casting a wider net catches more fish.
On the other hand…
In the martial arts it is taught that the smaller the striking point, the greater the amount of energy that is driven into the target.
Is this the same basic concept that your applying to the marketing funnel?

It seems obvious that the sales funnel would work best when selling your own products vs affiliate products. My question for you is this:
Since your ability to create quality products in a breif time is near prolific, could you share with us the methodology you would use in drafting/refining/producing them? Have you discovered any effective models that would help convince visitors that my “no name I ever heard of” product really can solve their problem? I know part of it is striking that emotional need, but there’s got to be more to it, right?

I’m from Northern Ireland, and it’s amazing how one guy sitting in front of an unmade bed in North England can impart more knowledge in a 10 minute free video than a guy standing in front of an elaborate mansion leaning on his Rolls Royce can in an entire $2,000 course!

Thanks for your last video – it really struck a chord with me as it is so easy to get side-tracked with lots of ideas which don’t necessarily fit together very well. The idea of starting from one landing page and filtering people through various options is spot on.
I’m not convinced I’ve done things the right way around – but I’ve actually created my product/s first which could be stand alone or membership based (I’m actually trying to get a membership based idea going), but wondering whether I should have drummed up more interest first?
Anyway my question is this…
How would you create the maximum income possible in the next 60 days assuming you already have some Help Video / Tutorial content starting with no list?
What I mean by that is what would you REALLY focus on to get more people on your list and ultimately sell more products or get more people to join your membership site? At the moment I’m probably spreading my efforts too wide which isn’t having the desired effect!

are all examples.
The point about their webs is that they catch the visitor because the visitor is looking for them but doesn’t necessarily know what s/he wants. The site offers all of the products and all of the options. They also have large marketing budgets!
I’m just getting started on this but the skeleton of my site is already (almost) offering my own products and other (affiliate) products (once I’ve got the content into it).
The idea is to use products to build an identity and the identity to sell products that the customer might not even know exists – let alone that I sell.
I do web hosting anyway and each domain has a certain monthly download limit but I’ll simply structure the site so that different products will be stored under different domains if I start to get near my limits and the visitor may not know and will not care they they are delivered on autopilot from a different domain since they will still be getting it from one of my domains.
Neat and tidy.

You a unique in that your work ethic, honesty and ability to connect to your prospect is to be admired. The sales funnel I had been exposed to before but your implementation is awesome. So as for the quote above:
How do you do it? To put this funnel into action you need to have original product, right? I would think that some credibility would be lost if you had a squeeze page for something original and then an up sale to an affiliate site.
The one big problem I see with your Big Traffic Funnel is taking full advantage of the search engines/SEO. How do you keep at the top of the SEs or keep up your rank? I should explain that I use a silo architecture where each topic has its own group of pages and internal links. I don’t see how that would work with your plan….or does it?

Well, one could still have a setup like yours to generate traffic, but route it to a single funnel as Lee explains. At least that’s how I understand it.
At the beginning of the funnel is the squeeze page, the opt-in, but even before that, there are all the traffic sources where those leads came from.
Your silo setup would be one of the traffic sources, as would any other you cared to set up before the entry to the funnel.

Hmm..surely you would have to concentrate on one core Niche and then optimise your funnel to niches within that main Niche!?
Or are the basics just to build a big list and market to that list?
Making Money Online is a very crowded Niche for most of us the get into, but obviously can bring in tons of Profit!
I’m Having Limited success with PPC at the moment (Yahoo not Google!) so thinking of developing that ‘Funnel’ for my own central site, it’s just difficult to concentrate on one Niche….
