One thing I'm curious about though is the hiring of staff. It seems like a scary step to take! At one time in my life I went to some MLM presentations. I wasn't much good at MLM but at those meetings there were people who had or used to have their own businesses. To a man they used to complain that once you have employees you soon begin to wonder who is working for who! Apparently there's a lot of government red-tape, holiday entitlements, insurances, NI contributions to pay and so on. Obviously, if you have too much work do deal with yourself then you need to get some help but it does seem an enormous step to take. You must be a very confident person (you seem to be to me)and I do love your open attitude. I just wondered how you feel about it and if you've had advice from people who are employers already.
