It's also easy to look back with rose tinted glasses when I'm not in the trenches (erm I mean classroom!) daily. Knowing you from the Standing Start Profit forums I too think you've found something that you can excel at, and I'm 100% sure that you will do just that. As for your friends all being lawyers and doctors... I did a law degree and many of my friends are now earning a fortune and enjoying a really succesful career. But you should see how jealous they look when I turn up for an end of work drink, unshaven and looking as scruffy as someone who no longer has to dress to impress can do. I always really valued my teachers & still do (The good ones at an rate!) as some of the most important people in my life. For me personally, I've never had a job that has been rewarding either personally or financially. I attended the prestigious Lancaster Royal Grammar School but my talents were in music & I fell into retail/sales to fit it around touring with my band. I always felt that I'd let myself down as most of my schoolfriends are now surgeons, lawyers, doctors, biochemists or own their own software or motorsport companies etc - you get the idea! There I was selling computers for a living. :) In actuality this is part of what drives me now as an internet marketer. Though I'm only in the early stages of my career online, I feel I have found something that suits my personality & skill base. I feel I have found my niche - pardon the pun!
