Complicated
Ur obviously a good guy Lee but man that was complicated trying to understand stuff.
September 19th, 2007 at 1:21 pm
Hi James
Sorry if this one was a bit complicated - I’ll wait and see what questions people have and then clarify.
I know this is a bit advanced, but it’s what’s really working for me at the mo so wanted to share.
I’ll have some more easy to follow vids again soon

Great video but I think I need to watch it again
I like that you share though….thanks for the freebie!

Well this sounds intriguing….
What else is there to add?
Maybe just questions that I’m sure you may answer in time (hope so anyway)
Like - where is the traffic coming from, what outsourcing was involved, and will you be sharing those details?
What upfront costs are they for the .05cent traffic?
and how long did it take to set up the Front End of the system?
I know - I’m nosey …. but I’m sure you wont answer anything you don’t want to just yet Lee ……lol
What does anyone else think? - Sounds great once it’s set up ….. but is that going to be complicated or simple? (no-one minds a bit of work - just not the complex stuff that could lose Einstein:))

Great questions Randy!
The traffic comes from all the manual tasks that I previously did myself. So article writing, submissions, bookmarking etc.
This won’t be for everyone BUT because of the way I run Lee-McIntyre.com I did want to share with everyone.
It’s actually a LOT less work than you might imagine, and I’ll explain more in the next video.
Obviously I’ve had to set this system up, but now it’s on complete autopilot.
I was earning several thousand a month before….but these systems look set to explode that!….
And the costs that I’ve had to pay upfont are a lot less than most home study courses out there!

Hi Lee maybe its me but this appears to be rather vague at the moment.
From what I gather we have a Squeezepage, drive traffic, one time offer, sell back end product.
This is being done all over the net I believe,so what is the difference here Lee?.
Knowing me I will have missed the obvious though.
Best Wishes

Hi Frank
When you calculate your visitor value, you’re then able to make spend decisions based upon how much you’ll get in return.
You can also then set up flow systems that bring traffic to your site, without you doing anything at all. You can do this because you know how much it will cost to have a team do this, and you know how much you’ll get back in return.
You can then replicate these systems so that you can give instructions to oters, and then have sales generated autmatically.
In summary, you can have people doing the work for you, while you make the money without having to do anything at all!
Does that help?

Hey Lee
Your figures certainly seem to add up, this system is still a little vague but I understand why!
I can see what you are aiming to do with the processes.
Look foward to seeing more.

Thanks for sharing Lee! I totally agree that it’s all about setting up systems and getting help so that you don’t do everything yourself. I have actually just started outsoucing my article marketing and it’s so nice to know that every week I’ve got someone producing traffic for me, all through a system that I no longer have to touch… now after viewing your video I’ll just have to think more on where I”m sending that traffic.
Since my business is service-based and I don’t have any products that relate to that service yet do you recommend I use this system? I’m not sure that people who are looking at my services will want to opt-in the first time around.
I know, I need to create some products! That’s in the works for the new year

Hello, Lee!
This sounds quite interesting and I hope your follow-up video takes an in-depth look at the traffic building process and how you’re outsourcing it. I’m guessing you’re paying people to write articles, do the social bookmarking tasks, etc., but it’s only a guess. Looking forward to more!

September 19th, 2007 at 2:50 pm
Sally - thanks for the comments
I didn’t mean to be deliberately vague, but I was trying to keep it under 10 mins so it would go on YouTube. Sadly it ended up longer, so it had to go on Google Video anyway!
But future videos will give more specifics. I just wanted to give a general overview with the first
Hi Angela - you sound like you already have a good system set up. The key is to work out how many visitors that system sends you, and how much you earn from each visitor.
Anything that is sold online needs traffic to the sales page. The system will work for products and services, but you just need to think about who you’re targeting, and if they would be interested in your product.
The numbers are key - and once you understand your visitor value you can really have fun with this
Hi Dana - the follow up will look at one element in more detail. But you’re very close with your speculation

Good day, Lee,
Since readers found it hard to follow, write in down in point form
Is that flowchart meant to be kept secret?

Hi Lee, I bought your product and have read all nine of your newsletters over the last few days. You do have a very enthusiastic way of presenting yourself. At first I thought you were a bit full of yourself and all the value that you give but I guess they call that marketing and with your blog and site names even branding. Anyhow I have got quite a bit from your material and I think this new system looks dynamite! Just doing the math shows the great potential. I am not sure why it is that Internet Marketers call themselves business people or entrepreneurs and only want things handed to them on a silver platter. Any offline business you start requires specialized knowledge from how to make a Subway sandwich to how to fix a plugged toilet so I for one welcome this new system you are bringing forth. Sounds like most of the competition will knock themselves out of the game before they get started.

I am intrigued - what I need to know is what you outsource and how you find those ‘outsourcees’. I am presuming that the building of the pages etc is what you are talking about, but I need to know more!

Great video, Lee. I am interested in the subject…probably more than just interested.
After watching it, I was wishing you had a PDF or something I could download and read over a few times. Is that possible?

Hi Lee,
That really looks good. But, (don’t you hate buts?) I think most and it is certainly true in my case there are lots of tellings of what to do but little in the are of telling how to do it.
Setting up autosponders process for all the optin, optouts, front end, back end, thank you, kiss my …, or whatever. not to mention the writing of a worthwhile email wish some substance when you are just getting started.
Heck, we do not know what we are doing, how are we to tell someone how to do it?
I think you get my drift here. Most of us need some hows as well as the whats.
Thanks for the great material, by the way.

Just got through watching your video. Sounds intriguing. Even an old codger like me can see the sense behind it. Hope I can follow Video #2.
Can’t wait.
Good luck in your endeavours.

Hey Lee
The video is great info full of useful info. I especially appreciate the “system”. I will definitely use this to put together a profitable system for my site. I just stumbled across your site and I am glad I did.
Thanks!

Wow!!
When I posted the video I really didn’t expect so many responses!
I’d like to thank everyone who has posted, and everyone who has shared their opinion…..it’s appreciated!
I’ll try and answer a few of the points below…
I’m aware that the video doesn’t doesn’t give all of the answers. I tried to fit in as much as I possibly could do in 12 minutes!
I’m also aware that many people need guidance with the different components too. Heck, I needed such help just a few short months ago!
I wanted to give an overview first, and then with the follow up video I’ll try and go into more detail regarding one aspect of the system. But, this system has taken many weeks to build so I can’t give you all the answers in two short videos!!
Ideally, I will be able to give basic how to knowledge half the time, and then a more theory filled overview the other half. I hope that this will allow me to offer the best service to my subscribers, and cater to everyone’s tastes too.
This is just a taster……but you can expect much more in the weeks to come
I’ve had several emails today from some HUGE gurus patting me on the back for giving such valuable information. If the video hasn’t yet sunk in, please rewatch and make notes. This is information that full time marketers are using right now, but most are not prepared to share with you. But you know by now that is not my style
Thanks for the comments and keep them coming….

Hi LeeIts always great to read your content and your videos.
I realised some time ago that many marketers who perform single tasks like sending traffic to affiliate products and then waiting leave a huge amount of money on the table but also lack the leverage you automarically receive when you are able to follow up and hence the visitor value increases having a solid system.
Now I am not a very big IM Marketer but I am involved more in the CPA world and to be honest there are not many who are doing this in the CPA world, although it is more difficult to apply it there, but still possible.
The “Big” question is - the traffic as usual - I would love to know how you outsource the traffic generation and get it for the .05 cents .
I do have another questo and that is - are you developing this system for other people to learn from - in other words developing a course or are you developing a system for otehrs to use to outsource this kind of a system - ( iether using your complete system with your products ) or for people to develop theier own products and apply your outsourcing system .
Many thanks Lee -
Its a shame we hav’nt sat down for a beer yet since we are so near to each other !
Take care

Hi Lee,
Thanks for the video, here’s my review.
This is only my opinion but, it started off very well with a clear direction but i have to admit i lost interest with the figures.
I agree with some of the other readers who said it was also bit vague in parts.
I think most of us in IM probably have or are working on squeeze pages and one time offers but the problem is finding that intial 1000 vistiors that you mentioned near the start.
I have developed a similar system based around aweber that offers the subscriber an oto before they even reply to the opt in email, now i just want those 1000+ visitors lol.
I look forward to the next video Lee,keep up the good work.

Lee sounds top bannana! I can see exactley where you are going with this and look forward to the complete guide!
Sounds exactley like it will leave me free to do what I Love doing and what I am good at doing…Project Management of tasks instead of being central to everything!
Next to nothing to attract per visitor and that conversion rate I can see so many avenues I could go down with a system like this!
Cheers again and hurry up with the complete guide I’m chomping at the bit.

Hi,
I have one set up already similar to what you mention but getting 1000 visitors to the site is still a major problem.
And how do I find squeeze pages and otos that convert.
Thanks.

Hi Lee don’t get grumpy…here’s my comment. I love the sound of your flick switch system and can’t wait to here more about it. I never thought the cost per visitor could be so low. Obviously the system is dependable on how good the CTR’s are with the landing page and OTO. Great stuff.
September 29th, 2007 at 8:05 am
Hi Karen - you’re spot on in the Click Through Rates and conversion rates play a major part in this. Just one small tweak can massively increase the conversion rate of a squeeze page, and that can often be enough to turn a loss into a profit.
Thanks everyone for the fantastic comments….it’s very much appreciated!

Hi Lee,
One thing immediately stands out for my after watching your video and I’m not sure how to say it without seeming too cynical and agressive. So please accept my assurance that it’s a genuine question and I’m not trying to be abusive.
It’s just that you have blacked out certain parts of the video so you’re competitors won’t get an advantage and possibly outsell you with your own system. OK, I certainly understand that. But why are you telling us this system? I assume that once you have finished tweaking (say a few weeks) you will offer the system up for sale, otherwise why tell us? Then the same problem will arise.
I assume that any internet marketer who devises a money making system would operate it him/herself until your opposition catches up and copies you. Then you’ll start to sell the system itself. This way you’ll maximise your profits. You appear to be devising the system with the aim to sell the system just about immediately.
October 4th, 2007 at 8:12 am
Hi Barry
I certainly can undertand why you would think that. In truth, I will be releasing another book shortly but it will have nothing to do with the system in the video. But I can see why you would think that.
I had to black out bits as my service provider would be completely overhwelmed and I’d be left with no service! You’re right, I need to use this system first before selling it
The intention behind the video was just to show what I’m currently doing in my business and that’s all. It will be months before I even think about putting this info for sales (if ever - I have no plans), but I do like to share what is happening in my business.
Hope this helps.
