Simple Formula For DRAMATIC Business Growth

by Lee McIntyre on January 25, 2010

Last week I was working with a $15,000 VIP client and we discussed a simple (but effective) plan for DRAMATICALLY increasing their profits in no time flat.

Rather than keeping this to myself I figured I’d create a VALUABLE video freebie sharing the exact same concepts that I followed to QUADRUPLE my online business in just a few short months.

And now I’m giving this to your totally for FREE.

Hi Lee,

Great online marketing lesson, as always. I think that now, you are one of the rare emails I open because I know I will learn something new or get an idea from your video.

Cheers for the great content again Lee!!!

It’s quite obvious but takes a little push from a video from yourself for the light bulb to come on. Plan plan plan, test test test. Actually do something constructive that will actually benefit yourself or your online business.

Thanks again!!!

Lee,

Excellent content as usual. These principles you’ve shared can also be very easily applied to offline businesses. One of the recommendations I make to my clients whose businesses are largely offline is to seek out complementary businesses with whom they could arrange a co-endorsement.

This is very easily done in the form of letters from you to your customer database recommending the other company’s products, and a letter from the partner company recommending your products. Of course, it goes without saying the product should be a good fit for your clients… I also recommend negotiating discounts for your clients into these sorts of deals.

Lee, thanks for another excellent post.

Hi Lee

Great video, simple business principle but sometimes it easy to get bogged down in day to day tasks rather than focusing on the taks that actually amke the real difference to your business.

Best Regards

It seems so obvious, but when you stop to really figure out what is making the money happen, those little “time robbers” stand out as the culprits that they are. I think about every six months or so, we need to stop and rework our schedules to make sure that our time is being used wisely. So easy to get caught up in the little things. Thanks Lee, for another wake up call!

Once again another piece of fine quality content. My advice to my students is to focus on the 80/20 rule. Outsource what you can and really focus on the productive parts of your business.

Lee,
Thanks for the reminder. I need to make a Game Plan for my Marketing on my sites. Then stick to it. I need to Plan my work, and Work my Plan. I need to spend most of my time working on the “Money Making” Activities
Thanks,

16 Tony Newton January 26, 2010 at 10:13 am

Hi Lee

Thanks for yet more awesome content.

Sounds simple doesn’t it – focus on what makes you the most money and do more of it. But I bet most people will admit that they never actually work out what that is and most importantly don’t do more of it!

So your video will be the eye opener many people need.

Including myself of course :)

All the best

Tony

17 Tarek El-Nemrawy January 26, 2010 at 11:02 am

thanks Lee, great information really and so simple.

18 Garry Booton January 26, 2010 at 11:16 am

Lee great words of wisdom again. I think we are all guilty of trying to make thing far more complictaed than what they should be. You do not mess about you get straight down to the basics of what needs to be done. Thanks again for another great free video.

Garry

19 Allen January 26, 2010 at 11:56 am

It is a very cool video. Its mad because it’s so obvious but so easily neglected (says the man who just wrote a couple of articles that get jack s*** click through’s)!

Thanks for the video (and polite kick up the bum).

Great common sense advice Lee, that those of us who work in our own work-sphere often need to be reminded of. Focus your time, and do more of what produces results. Obvious really, but we are all guilty of getting distracted… which reminds me, I’ve got stuff to do! Thanks again Lee.

21 Sven Blomstrand January 26, 2010 at 2:52 pm

Thanks, Lee! Very informative and useful. Now I am ready to go through with my bussiness at last!

22 Dianne January 26, 2010 at 3:29 pm

Thank you so much for sharing this. I will forward this to me son and his wife as I think it will help them in their businesses also. This is great information and easy to understand and then implement. Everyone who has a business should be focusing on these three steps.

23 David Salvidge January 26, 2010 at 3:47 pm

One of the biggest problems facing an internet or “home” based business operator is we all try to do all the things required for our businesses to function. This is a great “wake-up call” for us all to focus on what generates revenue as opposed to what “needs to be done”!

Well done Lee, a timely prod in the little grey cells to get productive in 2010.

24 Michelle Pople January 26, 2010 at 6:01 pm

Lee
My first email from you and if this is what I can expect, I can’t wait for more!. I also can’t wait for the time when these common sense approaches come to me without prompting from someone else, until thatday I have you to remind me!
Thank you
Michelle

25 Marnie January 26, 2010 at 9:53 pm

I’ve used something similar in my business design model, based on Pareto’s Law (the 80-20 rule). Thanks for another great video!

26 Irina January 26, 2010 at 11:20 pm

Hi Lee
Thank you very much for giving a good advice. Your video has pushed me for action. Yes, I am going to analyse my business, implement profitable tasks, eliminate gradually not profitable and test.
Once again thank you very much. You have good teaching skills. I really enjoy your high level teaching standards.

27 Katie Finazzo January 26, 2010 at 11:32 pm

Hi Lee,

I LOVE your ability to present information I have heard you speak on several times already, with such enthusiasm and brilliance that it continues to capture my attention and add to my education. Fantastic content as always, thank you.

28 Liz Hastings January 27, 2010 at 12:36 am

Thanks for the great video, Lee! It’s always a pleasure receiving honest content from you. And it’s also a great point you made at the end of your video: the results your clients got depended on how much lazer-focused work (as opposed to busy-work!) they and their team put into their businesses.

Thanks again!

31 Dave Hamer January 27, 2010 at 12:56 pm

Hi Lee

It’s the Old Pareto 80/20 rule or should I say the New McIntyre 95/5 Rule!

Some things are so obvious but we still get sidetracked. The issue I think is learning how to FOCUS very clearly and STICK to what is working well…

Thanks for another helpful video,

Best wishes – Dave

32 Daniel Howard January 27, 2010 at 1:00 pm

Hi Lee & James

Great video mate, Always look forward to your content. like the bit about eliminating the task that are not productive,, and delegating the task that are making the profits in your business.

Aggressively focusing on the key tasks that make you more money in your business, such as more affiliate, more leads, est, to leverage your business.

Great Stuff

Danny

Lee,
Great stuff as always. I feel like I know you personally because I have been through so much of your content, and I am a Gold subscriber. I am however, what you would call a “Complete Newbie”, in that I have only been working online for a few weeks. I have wanted to start an internet business for several years but I was guilty of the same procrastination that kills so many dreams for would be marketers. I have spent many, many hours scouring through everything that I could stand to go through on the internet, trying to learn everything that I can, and as you surely know, some of the garbage out there can be really hard to stomach. I must say though, everything that I have found that you have put out is so inviting and exhilarating, that I just can’t seem to get enough of it. I have recently become disabled and am no longer comfortable working in the field that I have spent most of my working career in. I have always felt that I could be successful as an internet marketer and thanks to your inspiration I am sure of it.
I could go on for days explaining these statements and telling my story, which is exactly what I am doing on my blog and I just wanted to say that you have been a very important part of what I am doing, and I hope that you and your subscribers will follow along with me. I know that there are going to be some bumps in the road, but I am committed to doing this, and I am not going to let up until I have reached the level of success that I have always known I could reach, and probably not even then.
Lee, keep up the great work and I always look forward to learning and seeing everything that you come up with. Thanks again for everything that you are doing and I only hope that I can give people half of the value that you have.

46 Steve February 22, 2010 at 8:28 pm
