Lee,
Great information and a great reminder as well… Sometimes we all get so busy we end up forgetting all the different proven strategies such as the one you just talked about.
Great job and thanks for the reminder!
Mike Hill
Hey Lee I really enjoy your tips and tactics for creating and growing a sustainable business. My largets obstacle is that when my cients purchase from me they don’t usually have a lot of time or dollars for several years due to the increased debt they have undertaken.
As you now real estate isn’t the easiest way to back end a product. Any advice
As always I found terrific value in your video. And as Mike said above me here is we get so busy sometimes things can be overlooked.
Thank you!
great infomation bro… i trust you
Hello Lee, Thanks for the info. Next time please try to speak slower and have the light in front of you instead of behind you, so we see you and not a silhouette. This critique is coming from someone who hasn’t yet dared to make a video! Thanks again. Erica
Hi Lee, great content – though I’ve heard it from you before, it’s still great advice!
“Go deep and provide several options, including those offered in follow up”.
However, sound effects were terrible for me, I’m a bit hard of hearing and the echo effect just wiped out some of what you said, despite my playing it several times. Nevertheless, from previous experience of your principles, I know what I have to do!
Just get some baffles in with your new lights and slow down the delivery slightly….. I know you were a teacher so you’ll understand exactly what I mean. Cheers Lee
John
Lee,
Great video. Loved the content. Your information is always first rate. I’m so glad that Lance Tamashiro introduced me to your products.
Video quality: I didn’t have any problems with the sound. Your face was very dark and hard to see. There was a lot of light coming through the window, with a great view.
Hey Lee
Great Video mate, the idea of generating leads on the front end, and profit BIG on the back end. can not only have a dramatic effort on the profits of your business.
But can maximise the profit per customer that enters your funnel for the first time.
Look forward to more videos lee.
Daniel Howard
Hi Lee,
Thanks for the great video post. I do agree with that, always offer your back-end items after the initial sale has been made, put affiliate links inside the ebook for affiliate commissions as well, then definitely we’ll gonna have an increased profits from our front-end sales.
Regards,
Gary David
Hi Lee
Great value and content in your video as usual.
P.S. I didn’t know you were Black! Don’t believe me? Watch your video.
Hi Lee,
Having bashed away for ages getting one $27 sale after another I know how exhausting it is to try and make any real business out of that method. That is just like any job where you get paid by the hour.
It’s good to be reminded of this now and again. Too easy to slip back into short tasks like writing an article to make a sale rather than focusing on the longer term strategies that build a business instead of making a sale.
One thing that would be useful if you could clarify is how to manage the back end process. In particular, do you have an autoreponder sequence for raw leads pitching only the low priced products. Once they have made a purchase do you transfer them to a buyer’s autosequence with only higher priced products on it?
Also, do you change the way in which you communicate with buyers as compared to non buyers?
Or maybe you answer all this in one of your products which I should buy…
)
Cheers,
Sam
Lee,
With what you are teachnig me at the moment you wouldn’t think that I would have the time to be looking at the blog. lol.
The business fundamental you have talked about in this video is what I would like to apply with what I’m currently learning.
Will get straight down to it but it’s hard not to get too far ahead of myself.
Thanks
Nathan
Great information Lee.

Karl
Lee, I so much enjoy the information you provide.
This concept is valuable to all that hear it, and
there are many that should. Thank you for your efforts, they are appreciated.
Thanks Lee. So much info in that video. It’s as if you said a whole IM course in 9 minutes. Well said. Keep on making the videos.
Make a video on getting traffic from forums. Thanks.
Hi Lee,
You’re very right. A lot of marketer simply go wide entering different markets and then having to do all the work again – traffic generation, relationship building, when instead they should be going deep selling different products to their existing customers and subscribers.
Nice video!

Hello Lee,
Great content as always. However, you need a little better lighting for your video and your speech seems kind of rushed. I am sure this is just your enthusiasm coming through but it would be easier to follow and understand you if you slowed down a little bit.
Hi Lee,
sound info, even quite basic, that we all need to be reminded of every now and again.
Thanks,
Michael
Hello Lee
All what I got from you is sound and informative.
I have only one problem, am struggling to set up a
website. Can you help?
Thanks
Mark
Terriffic tips and solid advice as always Lee. The more one thinks about his concept it just proves the point that being successful in this business is the same as for any business,- keep adding value and serving it up to your customers/clients. Being creative is the real key though isn’t it?
Cheers

Hi Lee
Many thanks for the great content, and the timely reminder of what we should be doing!!
Regards
Great information in the video.
Best results are found when the front-end of the business is focused solely on generating leads.
As long as there is a well developed back-end strategy, you can make much more money over time.
Lee,
(My above referenced site not up yet.)
Nice going and well said.
Unlike a lot of your readers stated, there’s no need for you to slow down. Your enthusiasm and precision of information is cool.
Just yesterday I saw “Fred,” that kid on YouTube, and he had a squeaky voice going much, much faster. I personally believe his speed has an impact on increased sales of the things offered.
Also, I sent you a reply to another of your emails a few days ago. I commended you on something else you did only then to realize it wasn’t all that it was cracked up to be. Can you find that email I sent?
EDIT:
Hi Kennon
Thanks for the positive comments!
Re your last sentence – I think you’re talking about commending us on our “reply” email address only to find an autoresponse mail asking you to go to the helpdesk?
This is something new we’re testing… it’s not an ideal solution but we were getting 400+ emails PER DAY and things were getting lost. While directing people to the email desk is NOT perfect I’m thinking that it’s better to ask people to take an extra step so that we can GUARANTEE them a fast response.
I’d personally like to be able to deal with everything via email, but when we start hitting 400 emails per day it’s just not possible to provide the level of service we strive for without the helpdesk (trust me we’ve tried!!).
Does that make sense?
Cheers!
Lee McIntyre
Thanks everyone for the great comments!
Re the lights – I know they’re pants and I’m working on it. I’ve just moved to a very nice new office and the lighting is worse than I’d hoped for.
No worries though and I have some softboxes on order.
Cheers!

Hi Lee
good free info, a rare commodity now a day, looking to put your ideas into practice in the near future.
More sensible money making advice-keep it coming please!
A very good point, Lee. Thanks.
Lee,
Definitely some great free content. I love these little videos you provide. This is one of the few online blogs I read anymore simply b/c blogging has become “advertising” which is fine…just it’s too direct advertising.
That’s another story.
The backend is totally where business is. I can’t believe I spent so long trying to set up tons of little products to teach basics when I could’ve done more by just deepening my funnel.
Thank God I saw the light b/c backend stuff is easier AND more profitable…a combination that I like!
Cheers,
Brad
Hi Lee,
Rich stuff very well laid out.
Thank you.
Great info- you’re so excited about getting it out to us that you start talking at hyper-speed. I’m looking forward to the second lesson of the newbie Info Marketing class. I know you wre away so I guess that’s why I didn’t receive anything last week. thanks for all your efforts. Daryl from California
Hi Lee,
Very inspirational video, thanks for sharing. I never thought about it in this way before and you have given me a new angle, thanks.
Enjoy the journey.
Mandy
Hi Lee
Great post.
You keep setting the light bulb off above my head
Cheers
James
Hi Lee,
As usual great content. Would love to learn more from you.
Hi Lee,
This video post is spot on. Your so right, in that you must establish a relationship with your customers or potential customers – and be building a valuable list at the same time.
Thanks Lee – speak soon,
Andrew
Hi Lee,
Nice video, I aged white you if you have product that is selling, then expand it, explore it and start selling similarity’s products, for clients that you our reedy have.
Thanks Dawid
Hi Lee,
Thanks for the video. Great way of putting the message out there. Clean and concise – (it makes such obvious sense.) In fact I think newbies may feel a little more confident listening to your advice and actually “taking action” with it. Quick note re: the video production. The sound was good, the lighting could use some help. Have your light source in front of you and facing you instead of from behind and you won’t be so dark. In this case it may have worked better if those curtains were closed behind you.
Thanks for the info.
Paul
