Some Big Changes Coming (For The Better)

by Lee McIntyre on January 7, 2009

When was the last time you sat down and spent some time having a good long think about your online business? If you don’t do this at least every quarter then I’d recommend that you start.

It’s a fact that most people, including myself, have a tendancy to get drawn into the “detail” of what they’re doing, and don’t spend enough time zooming out to consider the “big picture”.

I find that forcing myself to spend some time looking at what I’ve done, and considering what has worked and hasn’t worked, is a fantastic way of making sure I don’t get too involved in the “nitty gritty”.

The nitty gritty is important of course, but unless you have a clear map of where you’re heading then you’ll never arrive at your destination.

So now I’ve done my thinking time, I’ve come up with a new plan, and I think you’re going to be noticing some VERY big changes in my business over the next 90 days.

And there’s no need to worry. Every change has been made with the intention of providing more value to my subscribers so that I can make your life, and your business, better.

I know that the more money I can help you make, then the more of my products you will come back and buy in the future, which is why making sure I deliver the most intense value possible will always be at the top of my list.

During the next 365 days I’m setting myself the tough task of QUADRUPLING my business.

Can I do it? I have no idea!

But I do know that if I don’t try then I won’t have a chance. And if I don’t believe that it’s possible then I’ll be doomed before I start.

So the changes are coming…. and probably sooner than you think!

Have you spent some time thinking about your business? And have you set yourself a challenging target for the year ahead? And if not why not?

1 thing I love about the new year is that it shakes people up. Everyone makes resolutions generally that has something to do with getting out of their comfort zone. Now this is something I think entrepreneurs should be doing every week if not everyday but so many don’t.

I think as an entrepreneur it important to make these resolutions a lot more then once a year. As to keeping them well that’s what separates the winners from the losers.

Yep spot on Lee, I sat down and mapped out the following 12 months a few days ago and i’m already seeing the results of this with increased focus and getting things done quicker than i previously did. Great post!

Thanks
