Sore Hands And Dragons Naturally Speaking
January 15th, 2008If you're new here, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed. You can also sign up for my extremely popular FREE newsletter by clicking HERE. Thanks for visiting!
Regular readers will know that I produce a lot of original content each week. In the internet marketing niche alone I produce 7-10 blogposts, 2 emails to my list, 1 video, 1 free report or video for my lists, 75-100 posts at Standing Start Profits, and a lot more on top too!
Is it any wonder that my hands get tired sometimes?! Yesterday I said enough is enough and went and bought Dragons Naturally Speaking, and it’s being delivered today before 1pm.
For those who don’t know what this software is, it’s basically speech recognition software that will allow me to create content by speaking rather than typing all of the time.
I have no idea if Dragons Naturally speaking will actually fulfill my needs and be as good as hoped, but it’s certainly worth giving it a shot, and anything that makes my hands ache a bit less is surely worth a try!
Has anyone else used this software before? If so feel free to share any tips in the comments below…

Okay….turns out Dragon’s Naturally Speaking doesn’t much like heavy North England accents.
Oh well

Wow, you’re a content machine! I ran into a similar problem, working at a day job all day then all night on internet marketing stuff, my wrists are quite sore.
Dragon Naturally Speaking takes some getting used to but once you figure it out it can really reduce the load on your wrists.
Hope it works out for you!

Hi Lee
Luvvin the content Mister! Just you even try and stop!
Re DNS… totalyy depends what OS your using are you on XP or vista yet. If your on vista just use the voice recognition that comes with it as DNS is huge in size.
As for your accent (You cant help coming from Rochdale… I can’t talk Im in Salford!) It shouldnt make any difference…. you just need to train your software to understand you…. Takes a bit of time but totally worth it….. Ive just written this response with my voice, so cant be that bad!
Take it easy Lee, and see you in the forum!
