The Narrowest Niche and Instant Action

by Lee McIntyre on November 19, 2007

I spent sometime yesterday with a friend talking about various business ideas, and I’m excited by what we’ve come up with. My friend is currently a teacher, and we know the UK market well, meaning it’s easier for us to spot what looks like a strong demand for a product before we do some extensive market research.

Because of this, we wracked our brains for hours trying to come up with a product that would be attractive to the budget holding teachers in large UK secondary schools. And we think we’ve found a winner!

Already we have formed a new company, created a marketing plan, and begun the process of hiring talented people to create the product for us. Our aim is to have a completed product ready for distribution in 21 days, and then to take to market the 3rd week in January.

The product is perfect for so many reasons, and I’m going to be talking about this in more detail in this week’s Lee McIntyre Newsletter. This could be huge for us and I want to share as much as I can with my readers!
