The Power is in the Follow Up

by Lee McIntyre on November 28, 2008

Are you currently following up with your customers? If the answer is ‘no’ then you’re leaving a huge pile of cold hard money on the table…

In my business I use deep and extensive autoresponder messages to make sure that I’m constantly following up with my subscribers and giving them the content they crave.

Check out the screen shot from just one of my many Aweber lists….

Do you currently have your autoresponder messages fleshed out in this way?

If you don’t then I really do urge you to go away now and add at least five new follow up messages today.

Follwing up with your customers and subscribers is something you must do if you want to maximise your profits. And if you want to automate your follow up marketing then using deep autoresponder sequences just makes good business sense…

And the secret?

Make sure your messages are as personal as possible and DON’T look like they’re sent on a loop.

Nobody wants to read yesterday’s news and they don’t want to read emails that you wrote six months ago either.

Personalise your AR messages, make the content evergreen and fresh, and flesh out the sequence…. and you’ll find that you’ll not only be following up with your prospects while you sleep BUT you’ll also be making sales too.

And having your Paypal account slowly rise upwards while you’re counting sheep is the kind of situation I think we can all warmly dream about don’t you?! :)
