Thank you so much, Lee for this.
Here’s what I gathered from your video
1) You need to know that you already have what it takes.
2) There isn’t a ‘magic’ secret, but diligence with honor brings success.
3)Focus wins the game every time.
Thank you, great content. I hope that many people will discover this, and discover how to multiply this effort, by discovering that One paid the price.
Congrats Lee,

Hi Lee,
Funny you mentioned diet coke and not beer
“… and I’d have an idea and I’d think this is FANTASTIC” => LOL that is so me back when I was a beginner too
Nice video there. Keep more cool stuff coming!

Hi Lee,
When I first started, I stupidly trusted a program that promised to handle everything for me.
I thought that I could get some income whilst I studied internet marketing. The high ticket product, plus the cost of marketing on my behalf, soon ate through more than $2000 dollars.
I then started to do all the things you speak about and suffered information overload, plus confusion on exactly what I should be doing to earn money online.
I’d lost my job some months before and could not find regular work, but as funds got tighter I was forced to try to find free traffic via an attempt to brand myself, which I expected to be a lengthy process.
Now nearly 1 year later I had already come to the conclusion that I must do as you suggest, and focus on one positive way forward. Though was a little nervous about trying a PPC campaign, funded by credit card, that would surely fail prior to tweeking.
Your video has determined my beliefs that I could find success in a reasonably defined period. Provided that I get as many things, near right, prior to my campaign.
Thank you so much for your input and I look forward to enjoying more valuable nuggets of information from you over the weeks to come.
Regards
Fred
Hi Lee, It is fascinating to hear you speak about the strengths needed to ’survive’. Your emphasis that there is hard work waiting for all those who (are perhaps led to) believe that you can make millions. I have found it is not easy but a kind of space-mission attitude will essentially help in the step-by-step approach. Particularly important to newbies is your experience in ’sticking to each project until you made it work’. Precisely the ‘mantra’ one expected from Lee. Give us more!

Hi Lee,
Oh it’s so true.
Everything you say about starting out is exactly how it’s been going for me too.
Since discovering your blog and reading the content you have given me it’s like I’ve turned a corner.
I’m much more focused on one project than I was and I’m more determined than ever to make this work.
Although I’ve been trying Internet Marketing for a while I just haven’t got anywhere financially.
The part I’m struggling with the most is connecting with people via autoresponders and follow up messages… I could sure do with your help!
Looking forward to more great content

Hello Lee,
I want to thank you very much indeed for your honest evaluation of the average Joe’s position in on-line marketing. All newbies jump around all over the show following ’shiny things’ en route to the internet marketer’s graveyard. This is why there is a 97% failure rate at on-line marketing. Thank you for your rallying cry of ‘persistence, persistence and more persistence’ I was on the brink of throwing the towel in, but now thanks to you, hope has been reintroduced and I will go back and try to see where I have been going wrong.
In the middle of the 2nd world war, Winston Churchill said the English Channel was worth £1 a pint; I would like to borrow that statement and say that your encouragment is worth £1 a word to any internet marketer who cares to listen to you.
Don’t even think about charging that though!
Kind regards,
Tony
Bravo Lee!
As I’ve come to expect from you in the last few weeks, more straightforward and encouraging information. The school system you were with lost an incredible asset when you made the jump to internet marketing. Comment #5, Rich, isn’t alone in his stumbling point being autoresponders, and for that reason building a list is derailed for many. We KNOW we should be doing it, but the mechanics of setting up any autoresponder other than aweber ™(and when mentioned usually has an affiliate link involved) is probably the most daunting for most marketers. Lee, please keep the excellent coming, and thank you for having done so already!
Lee
Thanks for the simple and useful advice. Its good to get useful and valuable content amongst all the hype that is out there.
Its all too easy to switch between projects and ideas (as we all seem to have done) and get hit with information overload, yet the key is to knuckle down and get one thing setup properly before duplicating it.
The ‘inner game’ is so important in building automated income online.
Lee,
I had an accident last year that put me out of work for over 9 months. During this time I tried numerous “Work from Home” scams. I was scammed out of over $12,000. One of them was even shut down by the FBI! After that I went back to work and got laid off after only 3 months.
I have numerous creditors calling me everyday but have nothing to give them. I will be losing my 2004 Toyota Tacoma tomorrow (No joke).
I recently discovered Affiliate Marketing and stumbled upon you. You seem very sincere at wanting to help people but I simply could not afford your course, and I have been very sceptical of jumping into anything because of past scams. I got in touch with one Affiliate Marketer and he told me to “get an autoresponder”.Good advice but I do not know the correct steps to put one into action.
You seem like that you want to help people. I know that you were a teacher before and one thing that I know about any good teacher is that they have to be passionate about their work because it is not the money that drives them. It is their passion to teach. Well, I need some help with with this assignment.
If you choose me, I want to help others that have been scammed like I was. I was naive and did not know what to look for. I want to make a living from home so I can pursue other passions as well. I am going to school now as well as trying to make a living and my school work has suffered because of constantly worrying how I am going to make a living. I also want to help others that do not know the difference between scams and actual help when it comes to starting a business. There are too many unethical people out there and I want to be one of the ones that people can count on when they need help. Overall, I guess,I have seen the way that you conduct yourself and I like you even though we have never met. If you do not choose me, please choose people that are in greater need. Thank You for considering me,
Bobby Hendrickson

Hi, Lee
Thank you so much for such a video presentation that was genuine and full of valuable information. Sad to say I have been working on the Internet for almost a year and I have not made any money. I have 3 newly released ebooks that I wrote for the Christian market (I am a Christian myself). I been so frustrated with the whole Internet marketing.
You mention having a squeeze page, AR, etc. I do not have any of these things. Much of my frustration is my trying to figure out how to do things right and ALL the lies/hype I’ve come across! I love to write and that’s one of the things that I wish to market. You have given some information that I realize that I need to work on and implement as quickly as possible so I can provide a valuable product and get paid!!
Thanks again for sharing from your heart; I greatly appreciate you for that. God bless you!!

Hi Lee,
Another great video from you. I agree that for us to make sales and make profits online, first thing that we need to do is to set up something that we can sell. of course we will not get any sales if we’re not selling something. What I really like about the video is the 2-in-1 process, it’s like 2-in-1 because you are making money while building a list, and then once we built a decent number of subscribers, we can still make money long term. I really like the strategy that you provided, drive traffic to the squeeze page first, not to the sales page directly, of course we have to offer free valuable content to capture names and email addresses, and then offer an upsell or OTO in the thank you page, before letting them go to the sales page. and then follow them up in a few days.
So that’s one good way of making sales while building a list at the same time.
Thanks for the great post.
Regards,
Gary David
Yes, I also agree: Lack of persistence is the number one reason we fail to make any progress online. Maybe that’s why we need smart teachers like you who are dedicated to the point of seeing your learners succeed… whatever it takes.
Hi Lee – thanks for the info. I am absolutely at the stage that you describe in your video. I have been on-line trying opportunity after opportunity without really knowing what I am doing.
I run an off-line business so my time is a little limited – but internet marketing and the whole community on the internet really interest me and I would like to get more involved.
Many thanks again for the great content.
Kevin (Coventry)
Hello Lee,
Thank you very much for this valuable video.
I’m exactly at the stage you mentioned with
open eyes at night and making others responsible
for my mistakes, jumping from project to project
and never concentrate on fishing one, spending
money here and there. It’s just adding up and
you are so right by saying “concentrate on one
project”!!
Your video really gave me a wake up call. I will
follow your advice.
Thanks,
Udo Moss / Durban-South Africa
Hi Lee.Thanks for this interesting, and very true
video.I have been trying yo make a living online for 2 years now, with no success, jumping from one program to another and not getting anywhere, exactly as you said.not to mention the money I have lost.your video really gave me a jolt and made me realize all the things I have been doing wrong.
Thanks Lee for your most needed advice.I hope to hear more in the future.

Thanks to everyone for the brilliant comments!
I’m SO glad that so many people have found value in the message I share here.
It’s true that focus and persistence are fundamental pillars to your success.
Often we want to jump from project to project and the hardest task of all is sticking with one idea and making it work.
Thanks again for the ace comments!
Lee McIntyre
Lee great stuff,I really need to start doing this.My problem is I start to many things I need to stick to one thing
Thanks for the great info.
The formula is super simple if you have all these elements in place. my only question is how to get them in place. I am a super newbie and don’t even know what a squeeze page is.I thank you for this information. It lets me know how much I need to learn. I’m curious to find out how much it would cost to set up this system. I would need to start from scratch. No web page, no knowledge, no job, no money but I do Believe I can make it work!
Sincerely
Paul Rheubottom
Hi Lee,
Thanks for the great video and information. I have been in this position many times before over the years. I think newbies treat their online business as a hobby rather than a true business. They give it a go for a few weeks fail and then go back to their traditional J.O.B (JUST OVER BROKE!). Then a few weeks or months later try it again on something else or a new must have product launch and keep going round in circles. Listen too this information and take it onboard. You can achieve your goals but you have to be dedicated and believe in your self. You do have to put in the work!!! Oh sorry did people think that you just set up a website and then make money. It’s up to you and you only, so get your plans and goals set and be true to yourself. To everybodys success online Craig.
Hi Lee
Brilliant presentation.
Very Inspiring for newbies.
I’m particularly impressed by the simple way you explain your ideas.
Cheers
James
Hi Lee, You are like a breath of fresh air. I am currently working my way through Affiloblueprint and every day I try to stay focused, get some more done and still find the time to learn more about internet marketing so that by the time I have mastered the basics, I will be knowledgeable enough to choose and execute my perfect plan. In my heart I’ve believed that product creation has to be the way forward and this video has helped confirm my beliefs. I love your enthusiasm, clarity and honesty.
I have only been doing this for about 2 months and have been trying all sorts of things and people with their ideas. In the process I have got cross-eyed through doing so. Since finding you I now realise to take it easier and focus on one thing at a time, to get this right. At times I have thought am I right doing this sort of thing, but I’m determined not to give up. If I can manage to battle through cancer, which I did a few years ago, I can manage this.
very helpful post, you should post more stuff related to this.
