Top Secret Tips To Build a Profitable Online Business Fast

by Lee McIntyre on September 5, 2009

Yesterday I was due to spend 90 mins chatting with Jit Uppal, who happens to be my number one affiliate and a very talented marketer.

Our chats are normally pretty powerful so I figured it would be a nifty idea to hit record and capture the good stuff.

So for an hour and a half we talked about what it REALLY takes to build a profitable online business and I shared some proven strategies that I’ve NEVER before talked about.

(…Jit is great at squeezing my best information out of me!)

This is possibly the most revealing interview I’ve ever done in my life and literally nothing is held back.

You must listen to this.

It’s THAT important.

I originally planned to add this badboy to CD-ROM and sell for $47.

And at that price it would have been a steal.

But to say THANK YOU for being a subscriber I’ve decided to give you the entire interview for FREE :)

Just click play below to get started now:

Audio clip: Adobe Flash Player (version 9 or above) is required to play this audio clip. Download the latest version here. You also need to have JavaScript enabled in your browser.

There’s nothing for sale here and I really did plan to sell this for $47 (or more).

So take advantage of the fact that I’m giving you this for FREE and listen to the whole thing now.

Enjoy! :)

IMPORTANT: the sound quality is a bit “wonky” for the first 30 seconds but stick with it because then the good stuff starts to flow!

Hi Lee

WOW just listened to the full interview, from watching the footie…
Some great tips for pushing forward, and tweaking your funnel and improving your system.

Another great point you said was when you think you are covetable with your business, you need to get unconvertible again to move to the next level.

Thanks again Lee, Take care

Thank-You so much Lee! Your materials are really awesome! I really do think you have my best interest at heart. It’s because of the fantastic FREE content that you give out. I am going to take this to heart as well. It is a great philosophy to follow. I’m going to be giving away a lot more than I have been in the past. I’ve always given away great FREE content like with my FREE Newsletter (you can get it yourself by clicking on my name) but now I’m going to be taking it to a new level. Great interview! I love your curiosity. I think it makes you smarter because of the amount of testing that you do. I’m going to be making a lot of improvements as well.

Thanks Again,
-Casey

Thanks Lee, the slant on outsourcing as per the UK view was a good one, a couple of sites I hadn’t come across yet.

Hej Jit and Lee!

That was an awesome audio interview!
Thanks for popping it out to us for free.
Lots of great content, and attitude-adjustment.

There is so much motivating power, particularly where big money is concerned, to know that helping a lot of other people is your over-riding goal. As Lee pointed out – how much can you spend on a pair of used jeans?

I haven’t seen this attitude adjustment being dealt with in start-up programs for newbs, very often.

I’m working on a piece of content that I think might help motivate struggling beginners. You spoke about getting angry at a boss, or wanting to “show friends and family you can do it”, or wanting to earn as much as an unscrupulous guru, etc. Those are great motivators, and I want to add “help make the world a better place”.

My vision is:
- a free report on the psychology of motivation itself
- a free report summary of where and how to start giving
- a ebook with videos or as you suggest, a webinar course
on how to approach supporting causes, starting with local
projects and working out to global needs.
- (weirdest of all!) a membership site that searches, verifies and
matches donors to projects, large and small.

I’m one of the many newbie IM’ers “plateaued” at basically zero right now, for all the reasons of overload that you discuss. I’m not religious, or connected with any philanthropic organization, but the idea that I could work VERY hard and earn enough to make a real difference in the world, is motivation gone nuclear for me.

How do you approach charitable giving? Would you send me a quoteable note? Do you or anyone reading this know of others who’ve gotten the “help the world’ bug?

Thanks for the inspiration!
Rob McWayne

Funniest admission while talking about focus before you started using RTM—-”…I’d read an interesting email, go to their website, buy the product…”

Damn! That’s me too.

18 Phil Hughes September 6, 2009 at 1:03 am

Great stuff from you both!

Had the pleasure to meet Jit in Vegas and it’s a real treat to hear you guys digging into it. Like Jit says, the proof is in DOING what is suggested. Nobody ever made a dime thinking about it :-)

Hey Lee:

Love your free stuff and I’m right where you’re talking about – MAD! I’ve been online for 3 years and my measly profits are frustrating the heck out of me while others in the same general niche are making over $1million a year. I give out free email lessons, but not any free video tutorials, so I’ve decided to start cranking them out. We’ll see if that works!

Thanks again!

Hi Lee and Jit,

What an awe inspiring message. The content is so extremely helpful that I just cannot imagine anyone walking away not believing they could succeed in their endeavor. My only regret is that I wished I had listened to this during the day because now that I listened to this audio before sleep time, I feel like I just drank a strong cup of strong cup of coffee that has gotten my adrenaline pumping. You guys really put out such valuable content, it’s amazing you did not charge for this! Thanks for the gentle shot in the arm. Ouch! :)

Hey again Lee, just finished listening to the interview for the second time and had time to listen right til then end, to say I am very disapointed in your choice of football game is an understandment. Everyone knows Fifa is the only football game :) . How can anybody take any football game seriously with ‘Soccer’ in the title :P .

Really enjoyed the interview the second time round and made even more notes, thanks again for the content Lee, always top notch.

Michael.

30 Mike Brockman September 6, 2009 at 11:55 am

Thanks Lee And Jit.
That was a brilliant interview full of practical advice.
I like how you explained in detail the best ways to repurpose a single piece of content that you’ve created, into multiple pieces. Using the example of turning this recorded audio interview into several blog posts over a period of time.
The importance of finding out your lowest input for highest output acitivities is valuable advice.
Another gem was the explanation of the ‘entrepenur’ mindset and how it relates to finding good freelancers and outcourcing work.
I’m very glad I took the time to listen to this audio.
My only request would be that any future audios that are this long, would be appreciated as a downloadable MP3.

31 Leslie, The Freebie Guy September 6, 2009 at 12:56 pm

This interview just made me ANGRY. Angry with where I am right now. Angry that I am only at 1400 subscribers and only a few thousand bucks a month.

However, this is the first time I’ve ever been happy to be angry, because I know that it will give me the motivation to reach the next milestone. 10,000 subscribers and over $10K per month.

Man, that was solid content and thank you so much for releasing this for free. It had some solid tips that I am going to be implementing as of today. Some of it is so simple and yet, I’ve never thought about. Especially when it comes to why Freelancers never lasted for me. It all makes sense.

Thanks again!

The response has blown me away so thanks so much.

If you haven’t yet listened to the WHOLE thing I strongly urge you to stop what you’re doing and go listen right now.

39 Alex M September 7, 2009 at 10:45 am

Hi Lee.

First of all, thanks for such a generous giveaway. This is excellent free content, and well worth a listen. It is finally good to put a face and voice to Jit, some one who my co-workers at the office have talked about a lot since you mentioned him at your workshop. He is obviousaly a bright and talented marketer who has helped grow your business.

A couple of things you said near the start of your audio really resonated with me:
1. The fact you are fascinated with how things work. I am very much the same, and it’s the reason I studied and did well in Politics and business at scholl. I then went on to study law at Uni, and now find myself trying to disect online business models.

2. The fact you find yourself driven by an inner-anger and passion. I have felt this emotion and acted upon it so many times. I have questioned whether it is a good thing in the past, but your experiences tells me it is not an entirely bad thing.

I am not as successful as you online, and may not be for some time. But the fact that I can relate to some of the thoughts, emotions and experiences you seemed to have had, gives me the confidence that I may be closer to the level of success that I desire than I previously thought.

It’s rare you get such unique access to the personal thoughts, feelings and experiences of a successful business person, and often the insights are invaluable. I find this interview to be proof of that.

Thank you so much again to Lee, Jit, and the team that works with Lee to share their valuable information.

Best wishes to all.

Alex

Hi Lee,
Your approach to business is spot on. Over delivering is a strategy that many internet marketers don’t fully understand. And it’s good to see a fellow Brit making a mark in the online information business. There’s some quality information in this interview, which many people will find very useful. Good stuff!

Cheers,
Bill
