Lee,
Enjoy listening to your marketing philosophies (e.g. overdeliver, etc.; only wish more were of the same mind).
Several marketers tout their blueprints, cashmaps, or other terms for their action plans, but I have not yet seen what we call in system analysis, a FLOWCHART. The principle diference with the flowchart is that at each step it not only describes what action is to be taken and what the desired results are, but it also points the way to correct outcomes that are not desirable for each step along the way.
Have you seen such a critter? If so, please direct me. If not, I challenge you to make one (or perhaps a group of them; one for each type of project).
If you can provide this, I promise to overlook your misspelling of your name.
Hi Lee – great to see you in the flesh
which is a first for me – I dont want to be in videos but realize the benefits of video marketing so I make videos out of my articles for my site similar to powerpoint
Q. can I get away with that to good effect?
I have been online for 8 months now and feel like its coming together – I am making my first product which is an ebook
Q. is it better to give this away to build my list or sell it and make money?
Q. is pure content better than a book filled with links for the purpose of building credibility?
As you have previously discussed, I would like to be able to offer rebranding on this book for anyone choosing to promote it so they can get value with their lists etc
Q. would you use viralpdf or can you suggest something better?
I have created a squeeze and bonus page and email series, I have tweaked a few things and its now getting me about 140 signups a week(woo-hoo!)I have a very low unsubscribe rate. I send 4 mails with content only and then the 5th is content plus relevant product. Its marketed as 365 days of…. and I send every day.
Q. what do you think is a good ratio for email promoting and how often to send?
I work full time online and have a daily to-do list including emails, promotions, advertising etc before I start writing articles and other stuff
Q. what do you consider to be the most important jobs to complete on a daily basis?
Q. do you have a daily to-do list that you can share?
I believe in focus and have watched all your vids from the vault.
Q. if you were to concentrate on one tactic at a time, which would be the first?
I am new to social marketing. I have twitter and get alot of traffic from there, I have just signed up for facebook and myspace. I figure this is for credibilty and getting my name and face out there amongst the masses.
Q. How do you use social networking to best effect?
Just remember…. you DID say ask as many questions as you want!….lol (Im taking full advantage of that)
As far as websites go, is it better to have affiliate links in redirect pages off your main domain rather than just linking to a clickbank product?
I ask that in reference to link juice leakage?
I have pages that are http://www.mysite.com/keyword.html and I also have links in posts that are just hoplinks – which is better?
I know that relevant to my niche, higher PR backlinks are best for baiting google (or are they?)
Q. Do you have any suggestions for best link building strategies?
Ok – back to squeeze pages!
I have a squeeze page as stated above.
Q. is it a good idea to make another one with a different give-away that leads to the same(relevant) email series or does that not really work?
I am looking at outsourcing some menial tasks on what is a big work load site. I have a site where I get many support requests, have urls, banners, text ads and regular stats to check and add and because the new script is not ready yet, it is quite labor intensive. I feel my time would be better spent on my other site where I make more money and enjoy the topic far more.
Q. is it better to get an automated help desk?
Q. or would you hire a real person?
Q. if you hired a real person, how much do you offer to pay? and how do you know they are actually doing what they are supposed to be without defeating the purpose of having them and logging in constantly to check?
Q. is there a better place to find this sort of help than say…elance, rentacoder or those sorts of places?
Ok – Ok I have to stop myself – I could go on all day!
Q. would you like to take somebody under the wing as a case study who already has good beginnings but needs direction and show the world how truly awesome you are at turning up the heat???
I know I will make it in this industry, just not sure when…lol
If so Im your girl…lol(maybe you would?)
I am truly dedicated, work here full time and extremely teachable
I would be in your debt forever to get a hold of one of your $1000(OMG!)coaching packages!
Q. would a box of beer sway you in anyway?
I have an online mate in the uk who would surely deliver to your door, and we all know how much you like your beer…:):):)
Ok, Ok Im outta here – cant wait for the upcoming audio/video.
Aside from all the above and whether you choose to answer my questions or not – I like your style Lee. You are one of few whose emails make it past my filtering!
I appreciate and thank you for your time and effort in sharing all your valuable information with us and look forward to seeing you at the top sooner or later.
Im off for a beer – I’ll have one for you too!
Kymmy
How to creating a multi page website i.e. Home, About Me, Contact, Product, Resource, Wordpress Blog, Capture pages with email opt-in form, Article pages, Terms Of Use, Privacy policy, Earning Disclaimer, Disclaimer & Legal Rights, Site Map, and to add Graphic, Audio & Video with knowing programming or HTML code. This is the type of website that Google likes best according to most SEOs. Without this your course isn’t going to help much!!!
Hello again Lee,
I have read all the posts that have been sent in.
There is a terrific range of punters out there – from newbies to experienced. It looks like there are 3 main areas that people are talking about.
1. I see that a lot of the punters struggle with basics – I am one of them; I constantly go into brick walls and need help to climb over them. This takes time and involves a lot of frustration. It is these hold-ups that produce thoughts of ‘this is too hard, I’ll never be able to do this! This is going to take me forever! etc. etc. etc.’ These thoughts can turn into actions – and that is why 95% of internet marketers throw the towel in and only 5% make it. I think that statistic is about right.
2. What are we meant to do about the daily In-box offer ‘tsunamis?’ They throw everyone off track, and all look so inviting, & waste a lot of time in the looking at them! I think this could be a major problem for a lot of punters.
3. Someone suggested Flow-charts – I think that could be an excellent area to look at. It would produce written order, nail our activities down and provide reference points that we can continually go back to check on what we have done in order to keep on the overall track that we are going down.
Tony
Big match tonight ! A few beers maybe ?
My question is easy to ask maybe not simple to achieve.I have been online for 6-8 months trying free traffic methods, using clickbank products and my own info product. Very low traffic count, just a few hundred so far and not one sale !!!!How do you get the first sale online ? My positive attitude is being tested.
Regards
Norman
WOW!
I was planning on responding to people individually but if I did that I’d be here until Christmas
Thanks so much for the entries and the questions. It’s absolutely brilliant and now I’m eager to get stuck into the process of producing another killer freebie for you all.
UPDATE: In order to add as much value as possible I’ve gone and made a powerful video training session that answers many of the questions here.
It’s probably the most powerful video I’ve released and explains the quantum leap that allowed me to quadruple my business.
I’ll be posting this later today so stay tuned…
Cheers!

P.S What’s with all the grief about my drinking habbits?!
Soon you’ll be telling me it’s wrong to be enjoying a pint of Boddingtons at 9am the morning United play Barcelona in the Champions League final
I have a specific problem concerning your ‘$350 in 14 days’ course.
You have told us to do 3 blogs about the product, and then a total of about 10 blogs giving a ‘hands-on’ account of how good the product is as we use and test it.
That is OK as far as it goes.
However, the product I have chosen is ‘Curing Hemorrhoids’ or Piles.
The problem is that I don’t suffer from this (at the moment!) but I like the ethos of the product, it converts well and it is being honestly and ethically sold.
How can I give my prospective punters a blow-by-blow account of me curing my piles over a given period of time when I aint got none in the first place?
Can you suggest another approach to marketing this book via blogs and posts etc, but taken from the prospective of someone who doesn’t have the specific problem in the first place?
If you could get to the bottom of this it would be much appreciated.
Frustrated, Essex
Hi Lee
Here’s your top 3 Question: Do you need tickets for the world cup in 2010?
In countries outside of the USA (i.e. South Africa) broadband is only now becoming more affordable and faster and over the next 2 years hundreds of thousands of people (who cannot watch your videos because they are still on dial up) will become interested in marketing online. My question is: How do you introduce and hook them to this “brand new” concept called internet marketing, knowing that a positive first experience could win you a client for life?
Kind Regards
Mauritz
Hey Lee,
Here’s my question…
What is the best way to get local businesses that have purchased a website but lack the knowledge to promote their business online through seo and traffic generation to enter into a coaching program that explains how to do the online stuff?
Let’s say that the target market here often lack the knowledge to work themselves around a CMS that is similar to word documents so anything about SEO is like speaking another language so that anything too technical sounding, ‘backlinks, SERPs, Web 2.0′ could possibly scare them away…
Thanks,
Karl

OK the odds of you picking me is slim, but here it goes…
1. I bought this website early Feb. I have yet to make a dime selling DVD from Amazon… The person who sold me the website has not shown me the back office… Will not return my e-mail just collects hosting fees… Sorry I;m not that computer smart…
2. How do you put together a Affiliate program with video (I’m scare to try)
3. How do you get yourself motivated because I find myself procrastinating… I do and want to quit my job that I hate and make 10,000 a month to live my life because life is to short.
3. How do you edit and deliver E-books?
Hi Lee,
Good to see you back. I always get a motivational kick up the arse (boost) from these videos.
My questions…
1. You encourage us to ask questions and then over-deliver with great free content. Is this the most powerful marketing technique of them all?
2. What makes the “give it away” marketing technique so powerful?
3. What are the top 3 mistakes you’ve ever made?
4. What’s the square root of 289?
))
5. If you had to start all over again, what would you do differently?
6. What are the biggest mental barriers to online success and how do you smash them?
7. How do you achieve such huge momentum in your business?
8. Cripes! What is it about individual personality that is so successful in marketing?
9. When are you sending me the DVD’s? Only joking!
))

Hi Lee
Superb stuff as usual.
– Can you detail 3 or more specific examples of point-to-point sales strategies that work on the web e.g. squeeze to autoresponder to upsell etc etc
– Please lay out your own specific end-to-end sales strategy from point to point.
– what 20% of tweaks to that strategy have delivered 80% of your increases in sales & revenue?
– what specific companies and urls do you recommend for outsourcing: transcription, article writing, product cover/artwork, support desk handling.
Gracias,
– Stewart
Hi Lee,
I think you should just give the prize to all the girls – there is only a handful of us so it should be easy….
And yes, I am sure we can arrange for some nice exotic beers to be delivered to your door.
I just have two more question:
Who do you respect and look up to in the marketing world? And why?
What books do you recommend we read to further our ‘education’ in IM?
Thanks!
Lee-
If you had to completely start over…no list, no product, etc. What are the critical steps to earning that first £100? Then, how do you go to £1000 and so forth?
At what point do you switch gears and stop working on a product/niche? How much data/time/money do you invest to know that something will not work?
thanks.
1. For someone that is making his/her website, what Domain provider and Hoster do you reccommend?
2. What do you think is the best autoresponder that is out there at the moment?
3. What ways do you use to advertise your products?
4. What ways do you reccommend for building a list?
Thanks for reading and I wish all the best to you in future projects.
Lee, another question to add to the list, but with a little story…
You are a newbie, walking through the internet and hitting every pothole in site. You cannot begin to count how much money you have lost over the years, with little to show.
With the economy in a slump and no end near, you have found yourself if a very sticky situation. Of course money is tight, but on top of that you are about to lose your home. You keep trying and trying to fight the good fight but nothing seems to work. So with one last effort in him, the question for the master comes into play…
If you have only $100(US)left to spend and 60 days before you have to be out of your house (not knowing if you will be able to get an internet connection again) what would you do to make as many sales as you could online and try to fulfill your dream of creating a living online.
(Your answer might make a great new book
Thank you for all your efforts
Hey Lee,
Awesome content as always, really looking forward to the A and Q info on Thursday.
I have been struggling to find the time to get my business off the ground for a while now. I have finally decided to just do it and quit my day job. My last day of employment is June 15 (less then 3 weeks away.. woo hoo!).
So I have arrived on the beach and burned the boats… no retreat now. It has already freed up my mind to get more done in the last week than I was able to accomplish in the last 4 months, and I am already seeing some traction.
Now on to my question……
If you were starting from scratch with a great idea for a continuity site.. how would you start?
I have researched the market, etc. and the idea looks very strong, but I am not sure how to begin the actual site/program.
Should I create a few products to build interest and reputation? Or build the continuity program from day 1 with free and paid content?
Basically looking for some ideas from you about how you would begin if you started today.. knowing all that you now know about the new sales funnel process you talked about in your new video, etc.
Thanks again for all the great info,
Richard
Hi Lee!
I have a very stupid question: Since I don’t have an autosponder, how do you send out thousands of emails through your ISP? I can only send out 50 a day. What is the secret for sending out thousands?
Thanks
Gerry
Hi Lee,
I’m, just catching up with you again and am pleased to see so many familiar names in here. Glad to see that the Pub still figures, not a private bar on your Yacht on Hollingworth Lake – Haha!
As your free time is so important to you, and I don’t yet have much, I am green with envy (and the reflected shade of Grolsch Bottles). I want to know what outsourcing you recommend, and where from? There’s the usual recommendations ref Elance etc, The Phillipines, Malaysia in general etc but would you recommend an agency or do it yourself?
I’ve heard from John Jonas, Justin Brooke and Paul Kinder but your views would mean a lot to me as I’m meant to be retiring soon (some chance!) and your lifestyle demonstrates that more free time can be available, and I intend to work towards that goal.
John O’York
PS our local Pub is crap, so I also need to move!!
Hey Lee,
Happy Belated Birthday!
I would really like to see a video from you detailing how you generate your income, listing the different revenue streams that you have.
This would provide a good way to know which types of products have the highest ROI. Also knowing which types of products bring in the most new prospects (as this might be different from the high ROI products?) would also be really helpful.
Keep up the great “work”!
Mike
Lee,
Love your newletters and teachings. I have been a follower of yours for quit some time now and always look forward to your emails.
My questions is; What was the one thing or things that put you over the top is your business? Me personally I feel like I am on the verg of somthing, but I just can not seem to take off.
Thanks,
Rob
Hi Lee! You are a livewire! Of all the people on the web offering to teach for free or for money you are the first person in a year and a half that actually gets me excited to the bones about the whole internet process. I want to learn everything sooo much and I am getting most of it down pretty much but, I cannot get a start on building a list. I have read a thousand things on how to do it. I have seen several videos that explain the process but, I just cannot get started. I have tried and tried and I just freeze. How do I get started on a list? I need traffic, as they say the money is in the list. How do I unfreeze, as it were, so I can start and continue a list? I just keep signing up with one program after another but, I still cannot start a list, why? I have a few websites that have been given to me but, I have never had the money to get them started. I heard of the start with $20.00, but, how do I come up with the money for that. When you are below poverty and desperately want out and you know this is your way out, how do you come up the beginning funds? Then there is the emotional support. I do not have any at all! I started mentioning it to someone once and got a tidal wave of negativity and misery, omg! I have never mentioned it again. When anyone I know starts talking about “that internet stuff” it is nothing but negative talk, so I do not say anything and get away from them as quickly as possible. I take anything negative I have heard and turn it into positive thoughts and concentrate on the positive thoughts because I truly believe in the internet. I spend hours every day on the computer reading everything I can to learn as much as possible. Then I found you and I do not have to read anymore, I get to listen, several times sometimes because you talk so fast in your excitement. It tickles me though, sometimes you get soooo fast I want to lean over and say “Excuse me Lee, could you slow down your talking a bit please? I cannot understand a thing you are saying. Thank you.” I cannot do that though, because you are on the computer and I know a lot of your fast talking is from your excitement and I talk slower and therefore listen slower just because I grew up in Texas. I am rambling and I cannot seem to stop and I bet if I was talking out loud instead of typing I would be talking very fast because I would be excited to meet you.
When I hit 100K I get to meet you, is that a deal? To all of our successes. May we all meet our goals.
Gay Le’ E. Watkins

My questions is; What was the one thing or things that put you over the top is your business? Me personally I feel like I am on the verg of somthing, but I just can not seem to take off. Everything I try seems to fizzle out and I have spent alot of money.

In reply to Norman Smith,
Norman, Have you tried using your products in any of the give away programs. I’m having luck building my list that way. You post your giveaway and then have the thank you page include a opportunity to purchase whatever products you are selling via click bank.
Lee,
I have noticed that you don’t send out many affilate product. Thank you for that, I am in information over load right now. In desperate need to find that one product that will help me get over that hump. So what product out there do you think is worth the time and money.
Thanks,
Rob
Hi Lee
Thank You for all the great information you give for free. My question is: What are the most important things to have on a great sales page and in what order should they appear! How long is the ideal sales page? How often should there be an order button? and last but not least How often should the price be shown? – Guess I should have said questions!
Thanks
Judy
Hi Lee,
This is a great offer and surely people will get a lot with your answers.
My main question would be in your opinion what is the best entry strategy to internet marketing. There are sooooo many ways to enter the business that a newbie like me sometimes just freezes up with the decision I have to make. You opinion would be very valuable to us new in internet marketing by pointing us in the right direction.
Cheers
Hello Lee,
I hope this post gets in before the pubs shut.
I have been struck by the fact that when one analyses all the comments made, it appears that we collectively represent the whole spectrum of internet marketers. Newbies are here, right through to full-time pros.
Would it not be a good idea to formulate a course or series of courses that start at the very beginning and methodically plod through all the levels of marketing knowledge and expertise? Everyone would have a level at which they could join. It would of course be a monumental undertaking though – perhaps too big to even contemplate? So the question is, could you put together everything you have already done in some sort of ‘learning’ order?
Tony, Essex
G’day Lee
Great video – it is easy to see how excited you are!
Question:
In practical terms and showing what exact tools you use, how can anyone channel traffic for multiple niches into one single squeeze page and then convert them all for very individual, niche specific products?
It all sounds good to concentrate all of your energy and time on one sales/squeeze/opt-in page but really … HOW do you do it?
Can you show us, perhaps with screen shots or in a video?
Thank you again.
cheers
Roland
Hi Lee
Live is too short and we live only once.
Most of us want to spend our life on more important things than just money.
So, since you are business expert I have this question for you:
Could you please create a simple and doable plan
for ordinary people to make at least $1 million online in one month?
Thank you.
Best regards,
Andrew.
It seems you spend most of your time (videos) and articles on medium to advanced stages of your business.
Many of us have struggled thru one IM hype product or 3-4 over the last year or 2 without actually getting it going.
So,
My question is:
Why don’t you offer a more detailed step-by-step plan/outline for us starting out?
Most of us have spent 2-3 years searching around on the web, learning to do things in other’s programs (that were incomplete), we just need some coaching to get it going, but cannot afford that $1,000 investment for coaching.
Thanks, Josh
in your experence what is the least amount of money it would cost to get my business to start making money.
